The Wurbrands (cont. from The Pastors Wife)

The Wurmbrands were Jews that turned to Christianity. That is when they began there trail to leading hundreds or thousands of people to Christ. They were what you would call super christains they helped people and led them to Christ. They even helped found churches and adopt kids for a certain amount of time.

The Pastors Wife

You have heard of the Governors Wife, The Mayors Wife, The Presidents Wife, but what about The Pastors Wife. The all new (well not exactly new) book written by Sabrina Wurmbrand wife of Richard Wurmbrand. If you do not know who they are you can either read my next post coming tommorow or look them up. The Pastor's Wife is about Sabrina Wurmbrand the wife of Richard Wurmbrand and how she ends up in sevral different prison camps and the friends she makes. It also talks about how she always tried to share the gospel with everyone. The book is a true story and takes place during World War 2. When Hitler and the Communistts didn't allow Christians to talk about the Bible, so the Wurmbrands did just that and led lots and lots of people to Christ. In the end they were both released but many many years later.

To the Cotton Gin again?

At the cotton gin we (me, my dad and Shadrach) were given a full tour of the gin by Cade Wyat and Benny. They were good tour guides although it was hard to hear them because the Gin was so loud. When we first got there Cade showed us were the cotton seed goes and what we use it for.
Then we went into the place where they load the cotton where we met Benny. Once there he told us how they use the big truck to move cotton bales. Once we got inside he showed us where they separated the seeds from the cotton then showed us were the cotton overflowed and let us use the vacuum thing to suck some of the cotton up.
Next they showed us were the cotton was bagged, tied and shipped off. We went back to were the cotton was loaded and we got to watch them load the cotton. Last Cade showed us were they dumped the trash which was pretty cool. Overall the Gin was pretty cool.

Evangilist vs Preacher

This is going to settle the question of the century which is better Evangilist or Preacher.

The Evangilist (Eric Fuller) against The Preacher (My Dad Steven Ball)

The Evangilist has a cooler Job because he gets to travel everywhere, meet new people and eat new food and that is his work. While the Preacher on the other hand stays in one place and knows everyone.
The Evangilist lives off a love offering while the Preacher is paid every so often.
The Preacher prepares for the evangilst and does the heavylifting of getting people to come while the Evangilist Precahes and leads bible studies.
The Evangilist is a little bit peppier or excited than the preacher.
While the Preacher works about 40 hours the Evangilist works about 60 hours a week.

They both can go to school for there job but the Evangilist gets more slack about his career.
They both have familys and both have homes and cars.

The Two spiritual
figures who seem the same are a lot differnt.

Pig Update

Well I wrote a chcken update seems like there needs to be a pig update too. The pig Bandette is now the size of a small dog or large cat. She went from like 5 pounds to like 40 or 50 pounds. The chickens like to get into her cage and eat her food. Bandette also likes to destroy toys and water containers in her spare time which are usually put back. Recently we put a metal bucket in her cage so that she couldnt tip the water. Instead she sticks her head in the water and blows bubbles.

Remember the Revival party at our house this Saturday dinner will be served and it starts at 6:00 pm.

The revival will go out to Wednsday.

Being a Preachers Son

When I started this blog I never really thought about the title Being a Preachers Son. Being a Preachers son can be difficult at certain times but is also rewarding at other times. It is hard when your dad stays at church for a long time but, rewarding because he has lots of free time. It also means I sometimes have to watch my brothers so my parents can go witnessing. That can be rewarding in its own ways too though. So over all being a preachers son isn't all that bad.

Chicken Update

Last time I talked about the chickens I had 4 ducks and 12 chickens. Well now we are down to 7 hens and 1 rooster, but no ducks 3 of which died the other one flew away. The chickens have also been laying eggs, at first just 2 a day now they lay, anywhere from 4 to 6 a day. The rooster is also becoming more aggressive hitting us with his wings and sometimes scratching with his claws. To protect the hens from us which is kind of funny because we dont want the hens. If I could I would tell him but,  I don't speak chicken.

Please comment if you like this and share it with your friends.

Reading the Bible and A new start

Well first off I would like to say sorry for not posting thruogh the whole Bible and that I will try tjo be much more persistent blogging. Second off i am going to add more pictures and video attachments for my Blog. Third off If you want you can friend me on facebook I am Donald Ball.

Now lets get to the bible stuff. Today I read in Leviticus chapter 1 to chapter 9. All about the laws and offerings. How the Isrealites were allowed to only eat certain things. It reminds me of how when you go back to school or youth group the teachers give you some rules. These were basically Gods rules for the Isrealites world. The Isrealites were not always good at obeying so they got in trouble just like we do except the rules were different so in Levitucus I learned that God makes strict rules so taht we will stand apart.

Field trip to the Zoo

My younger brother Shadrach got to go to the Zoo in Amarillo and he wanted our whole family to come. Sadly my dad could not make because of an important meeting in Vernon. My brother was sad but then happy again. Knowing that Marcus, Carl, and I were going to come and have fun with him. The zoo animals were energetic we got to see a weird deer looking like thing (it let me pet it), we also saw some bobcats and even some Kangaroos. The lions and tigers were taking naps until the 1st graders showed them how to roar. The bears on the other hand were ready to go up the stairs and play. When we went into the snake house the glass made it so that we couldn't get struck. There were speedy tortoises and American bison. After we had looked at all the animals we played on the playground. There was this thing that was to high up for the younger kids to reach so they asked me to pick them up. They weighed more than they looked; because, it was hard to pick them up and hold them for a little while. After that we went to the picnic and went home after that.
This is the animal that let me pet it.

Psalms

Today while reading Psalms I noticed that a lot of the Psalms were written by David. The book of Psalms is like a book of songs and poems about God .  Most of the Psalms are pretty long but some of them can be pretty short. Some of the Psalms are both in the book of Psalms and in another book. Psalms has 5 parts or books in some versions of the bible and is the longest book in the bible and contains the longest verse in the bible too.

Pig in the harness

I finally got a harness on my pig Bandette boy did she squeal about that. Putting the harness on was the easy part now taking it off. That is a completely different story. After I had put the harness on Bandette I had to go get a leash so that I could walk her around.  My dad said that I couldn't walk her outside because she might try to run away. So I had to walk her in the llama pen and introduce her to all of the other animals chickens, llamas, sheep, and ducks. It was a lot of fun getting Bandette to let me walk her.

Baby pig

What kind of backyard is it without a pig? That's right, we got a baby pig. It squeals with delight when we feed it, and it squeals with madness when I try to put a harness on it to take it for a walk. She doesn't like it when I pick her up either, so it is hard to move her from place to place when carrying her. Our pig's name is Bandit but, when I learned that the pig was a girl I started calling it Bandette. We recently moved our pig form our sheep transporting cage to the old chicken enclosure. We also moved the chicken coop and modified it into what I call a chicken duplex. Because it is really tall and it has four stories.

Elisha

Elisha was following Elijah and was told that his master was going to be taken from him. Elijah asked Elisha what he wanted once The Lord took him away. Elisha asked for a double portion of Elijah's spirit. Elisha's request was granted and when the people saw that the spirit of Elijah rested on him they respected him. While walking Elisha was taunted by some men therefore he cursed them. When the prophets were meeting there usual place was too small so they said, Let us make a new meeting place. Well while doing that one of the men lost the head on his ax and said it was borrowed. He asked Elisha to find were it was and get it Elisha tossed a stick in the water and the iron ax head floated.

Elisha helped show how awesome God is really. I mean who can make a iron ax head float that thing was probably 20 to 30 pounds. The lesson is that you should always believe God.

Good and bad Kings

Not many Kings obeyed God or listened to him either. Ahab was married to Jezebel and wasn't very nice to Naboth when Ahab wanted Naboth's vineyard and was rejected he told Jeszebel and she got him killed. Sadly many of the king in Bible times were assasinated or didn't obey God and got killed. Ahab died going to a battle that God told him not to go to. During the time of kings it wasn't really a safe place for any prophets. The prophets of God were hunted by Jezebel and the Prophets of Baal by Elijah and certain military officers. God helped those who listened to him and obeyed him like Elijah, Elisha and Obidiah.

The lesson for today is that if God tells you not to do something or that you won't be able to do it listen to God.

King Solomon the Wise

David made Solomon king and not his other son. While Solomon was King God gave him wisdom and many other things too. Solomon built the Temple of God and while ruling made silver as common as rocks in Israel. His yearly income was 666 talents of gold not counting trade routes or any of the gifts that other kingdoms gave him. The only bad thing was that Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines. Most of those wives where foreigners and worshipped different gods.

The lesson for today is that you should always follow God and listen to him and he will give you Gifts beyond your widest dreams.

Absalom revolts against David

Absalom killed Aamon for what he did to Tamar (Absalom's sister) then Absalom was banished. Joab then conspired a way to get Absalom not banished which was a big mistake. Because after he was back he started turning the people against his father the king. Once Absalom had raised enough men he made his move David fled at once only leaving behind 10 women to keep the castle clean. Then once David and his men had found a safe place they waited and then there was a battle David ordered for Absalom to be kept alive but Joab still killed him and David mourned on the way back to Jerusalem Judah and Israel argued about who was more faithful. When a trouble maker came only Judah stayed with David and Israel revolted yet again. But The men of Judah took care of that quickly.

The lesson for today is that God will always help you even in dire times.

David is King

An Ammonite told David about how he killed King Saul thinking he was going to get a reward. Instead he was killed on the spot for killing The Lord's anointed. Then David went to Judah and was made king over them. Then there was a war between Judah and Israel. When the King of Israel saw that he was going to lose because The Lord was with David and not him the day the war ended 2 men went and killed The king of Israel and brought his head to King David who had them strung up with there fingers and toes cut off. Thus the end of a war between Israelites ended and David was the king.

The lesson for today was that you always need to obey God and do what he says.

Saul chases David

Well after Saul tells David he will not harm him he breaks his word. So Saul chases David and his 400 men everywhere. Then David saves a city but, God tells him that they plan to betray him to Saul so he goes away into the wilderness. Then David is almost caught but, Saul has to go Fend off the Phillistine invasion so David gets away. Then when David talks to Nabal and is friendly Nabal returns it with insults so David puts on his sword and goes to kill every male at Nabal's house. But Nabal's wife saves him from death then becomes David's wife because Nabal dies. David had 2 chances to kill Saul but, didn't take them.

The lesson for today is to always obey God's rules.

King Saul and David the Fugitive

Well King Saul disobeyed The Lord by not destroying everything and letting the soldiers dictate what he did. So told Samuel that he regretted making Saul king. When Samuel was mourning God said quit mourning and go to Jesse of Bethlehem and I will tel you which of his son you are to anoint. Samuel waited and God told him to anoint David the youngest. Then when the Phillistines and Israel met in battle again both of the commanders agreed to send out there champions but no one from Israel would step forward. Then David heard about it and killed the Giant Goliath. Thats where his career started and when Saul started wanting David dead. The reason for Saul wanting David dead was because everything David did The Lord was with him. But The Lord was not with Saul so he was jealous and that led to Saul chasing David and his men.

Israelite Conqueror's

Turns out Joshua was a king slayer he killed 31 kings!! One of his most remembered battles was when God made the sun stop in middle of the day. Then when there enemy's retreated God made hail come down and kill them isn't that amazing. Even though his enemy's armies were bigger Joshua still trusted God to help him win the battle.

The lesson is to always trust God because he always has a paln.

Regulations

If you kill a man without malice you have to run to a city of refuge or that persons redeemer\avenger will kill you. No foreigners may enter the temple unless they are 3rd generation Egyptian or Edomite. No one that is defiled may enter the temple either. Then when at war anyone who is pledged to marry someone must stay home. Anyone who built a new house or has a new field or grapevine must go back home. Once you are married you get a 1 year honeymoon. God said that if he says the Israelites are going to conquer a country then they would.

You must always obey God's rules even if they aren't your favorites there is no just ignoring laws in God's book.

Moses the Conqueror

Not many people liked the Israelites; consequently, not many people would let them go through there lands. Some people even attacked them. So God told the Israelites that he would give them into there hands. There were several battles but Israel always prevailed with God's help. At one time the Israelites were worshiping Moabite gods so God struck them with a plague and Aarons son Eliezar took a spear and struck down a man that was with a moabite. Therefore God said he would be a priest for a long time.

The lesson for today is to obey god and do what is right.

Spying on Cannan

The Lord told Moses to send out 12 spies to scout out Cannan. When they came back they had grape the size of oranges and said that the people there were giant. All but 2 of the spies gave a bad report. So 10 of the 12 spies ended up dying. God said that since the people didn't believe him and they were going to wander the desert for 40 years. Some of the Israelites still went and got whooped. So the israelites wandered the desert for forty years.

The lesson for today is that when God tells you he is going to help you listen to him.

Laws and Traditions

A man is stoned for blaspheming God and Priests must not defile themselves. The Passover tradition begins. The daughters of levites must not become prostitutes or be burned why not make that for everybody. You must always give God the best and not some wimp skinny animal. The year of jubilee when you can redeem land is every 7 years. None except the Priests may eat of the sacred sacrifices of God.

Todays lesson is that you should always obey Gods rules even if they seem wrong.

The Offerings

From Exodus 37 to Leviticus 9 it is mostly about what was in the Temple and how it was made. There was a little bit of it that talked about how and who were to make the things. Then in Leviticus it talked about the offerings and what they were supposed to be for various crimes and celebrations. It also talked about how the priests were to be anointed. Certain things were not to be recreated or else they would be put to death.

The Lesson today was that you should do what The Lord says and always give him the best of your flock.

God visits Moses

God told Moses to meet him on mount Sinia so that he could tell him the 10 commandments and all of the other rules. After telling Moses the rules he tells him that the people made an idle of gold and were worshiping the calf like it was a God. So God tells Moses to go down and on his way down Moses is so mad that he breaks the tablets. When he gets down to the camp he says all who are faithful to God come to me and strap your swords on. All the Levites came and they strapped on there swords and killed about 3000 Iserealites. When Moses asked who made it the people told him that his brother made it and Aaron denied doing it saying, he had just put it in the fire and that is how it came out.

The lesson for today was that if you anger The Lord he will come back in full wrath.

Joseph Ruler of Egypt

Today I read about Joseph and his brothers who let jealously consume them. Which eventually led to them throwing Joseph into a cistern. All of the brothers were on board with selling Joseph to the Ishmalites except Rueben. Who was going to return Joseph to there father. Sadly though Joseph was still sold. Luckily God used his brother's evil for good; because when he got to Egypt he was sold to Potifer who recognized as a man of God. Consequently he was put in charge of Potifer's house. One day Potifer's wife wanted Joseph to hook up with her so, he ran. Potifer's wife told her husband that is was the other way around. Being angered Potifer threw Joseph in jail. While in jail God continued to bless Joseph and he was appointed leader of the jail during that time the Pharaoh threw his Cup bearer and his Baker into custody some time later they both had dreams that no one knew what they meant so Joseph came and interpreted them. The baker died but the Cup bearer lived. Some time later Pharaoh started having dreams and none of the magicians, wiseman and none of the elders could interpret his dreams. Pharaoh, then heard about Joseph from the Cup bearer and Joseph told Pharaoh that God interpreted the dreams but told them to Joseph. He interpreted them saying there were going to be 7 years of famine and 7 years of prosperity. He told Pharaoh that he needed someone wise to put 1/5 of the crops away for saving. God made Pharaoh decide to choose Joseph because he was wise and so Joseph was 2nd only to Pharaoh in Egypt. When the famine came Josephs brothers came when he recognized them he questioned them deeply then put them in jail for 3 days and then released all but 1. They then were told if they wanted anymore food they had to bring there brother Benjamin. The next time they brought Benjamin and Joseph revealed himself and he told them to bring his father. They did that and everyone survived the famine that broke out.

The lesson of the story is that God is always in control even when there is evil all around.

Jacob & Esau

Today I read about Jacob and Esau. When Esau came in from hunting and wanted stew but, Jacob deceived his brother asking for his birthright and Esau falls for the bait. Then when Issac is about to die he tells Esau to go find him some game and make him some tasty food. Rebbekah hears about this and she tells her son Jacob to go find the 2 best goats and bring them to her and she will make his father some tasty food. Jacob says but my brother Esau has hairy rough arms and I have smooth hairless arms, so his mom puts goat skin on his arms. Issac not knowing that he was blessing his youngest son and not his oldest son. Then once Esau found out he was really mad and wanted to kill his brother after his father died. When Rebbekah heard she told Jacob to go to Laban her brother and that she would send word for him when his brother simmered down. On his way to laban God spoke to Jacob. Jacob first saw Rachel and she was Laban's youngest daughter and she brought Jacob to her father. When Laban asked Jacob what he wanted for his wages he said I want Rachel I will work for her for 7 years. For Jacob it only seemed like a few days. When his 7 years were up Jacob said give me my wife but, the day after the wedding Jacob realized that Laban had tricked him and given him Leah. Laban explained himself saying that it wasn't there custom to marry off the younger daughter first. So Jacob had to work another 7 years for Rachel. Jacob then worked for Laban another 6 years before he went back home. Laban changed Jacob's wages 10 times in those 6 years. God blessed Jacob by making it so that every time Laban changed his wages that was the most occurrent thing that happened.

Today lesson or what I learned is that you don't need trickery to be rich and famous because God will always provide.

The Second day

Yesterday I accidentally read more than I was supposed to, instead of reading to chapter 18 I was just supposed to read to chapter 12. So today I read from Genesis chapter 18 to chapter 24. Abraham was tested by God being told to sacrifice his only son. At the last moment an Angel of God showed up and said, Abraham don't lay a hand on the boy. Then there was a ram caught by his horns in a thicket. Abraham showed faith even though God told him to sacrifice his only son. Then in Phillistine Abraham was scared of the men fearing that they would kill him and stealing his wife, so he said that she was his sister. The King then took Sarah as a wife but, God cursed his household. God came to the king in a dream saying that Sarah was Abraham's wife and that he needed to be nice to Abraham. None of the kings household could have kids and were barren. Then the king told Abraham he could have any of the land and treated him like he was a prince. Then Sarah died, so Abraham sent his chief servant to go find Issac a wife from his own clan. This was to comfort Issac after his mothers death. The servant prayed to God asking that the right girl would give him and his camels water. Rebekka came along and did just that. She came with him after he talking to her relatives.

Overall the theme for today was that if you put faith in God and trust him he will bless you.

First Day

Today I read Genesis chapter 1 to chapter 18.
I learned that when Abram rescued Lot he had 318 men with him. He also refused to take goods from    the kings in Sodom and Gommorah saying "You shall not be able to say that you are the one that made me rich for God made me rich".  I learned that if you have faith in god great things will come to you. Like when Abram had faith in God to provide for him in the famine or when Noah had faith in God for the flood.

Reading the Bible in 90 days

My dad and I decided to start reading the bible in 90 days starting today. You can feel free to join us. I will be blogging about my bible reading daily and my dad, will have his own blog for his bible reading. There is a link at the bottom to both my dads blog and the reading plan.
This all started when Dad told me that he wanted to read the bible with me in 90 days. He asked if I would do it with him. I said okay can you give me a plan. Then my mom said that she could get one. But there weren't any 90 day plans so, my dad said we could use the 365 day plan and read 4 of those every day; because, 365 divided by 4 is 91ish. Dad asked me saying where in the bible do you want to start. I replied saying how about in Genesis then we can go through the rest of the Old Testament then the New Testament.

The Effect of Vinegar on a Bone Matrix

Introduction:

Bones are strong and light. They are also somewhat flexible. This experiment helps illustrate what makes a bone strong and how flexible it would be without the strengthening substance.

Hypothesis:

I believe the strength in a bone comes from the minerals. The vinegar will dissolve the minerals, so that the bone will be rubbery and flexible.

Supplies:

An uncooked chicken bone (preferably a wishbone or wing) I used a leg bone
A jar with a lid
Vinegar (preferably white)

Procedure: (from science book module 11.1)

1. Clean the bone of all the meat and tendons. Make it as bare as possible.
2. Allow the bone to dry overnight.
3. The next day, test the bone by trying to gently bend it. Do not use so much force that you break it! Notice the bone bends, a bit but is still mostly rigid.
4. Fill the jar with enough vinegar so that the bone will be fully immersed.
5. Drop the bone in the jar and close the lid.
6. Every day, pull the bone out of the vinegar and test it as you did in step 3.
7. Note the difference you observed.
8. Put the bone back into the vinegar and close the jar again.
9. Continue this process for 7 days or more.
10. Once the 7 days are over, pour the vinegar mixture down the drain, throw the bone       away, and clean up the mess.

Observations:

Day 1: it only bent on one side
Day 2: the solution had changed colors
Day 3: the bone bent on both sides
Day 4: the bone was leaving chunks in the solution
Day 5: I dumped the solution and replaced it with new vinegar
Day 6: the bone was flexible except for the middle
Day 7: the bone was all the way flexible

Results:

The chicken bone was very flexible and rubbery. When I tried to pinch it between my fingers it slipped out from between them. The bone also was very flimsy and couldn't stay up very well.

Conclusion:

The results from the experiment confirm my hypothesis; the vinegar ate away the minerals from the bone leaving a flexible core.

Bones consist of cells surrounded by a substance called the bone matrix. The bone matrix is composed of collagen and minerals. The vinegar eats away at the minerals (like calcium) but not the collagen. This process makes the bone rubbery and flexible but, not rigid.

During the experiment the vinegar solution began to look gross so it was replaced with new vinegar in the jar.

Sheep pictures

Blackie has the black face and Lamb-chop is the white one.

Catching Sheep

This morning we got to take 2 of our sheep to the processor in Wellington. Taking them was the easy part, but catching them that is a completely different story. We decided to use the corral. We also, used a piece of gate to help us make our little corral smaller. The two sheep we wanted in the fenced in area. The first sheep we caught ,Lamb-chop, was used to being picked up so it was fairly easy to put him into the cage, even though he was really fat and heavy. Blackie on the other hand was scared out of her mind and tried jumping over our water bucket which made her soaking wet. Then she tried bucking her way out of the fence while Lamb-chop was staying still, going baa quietly.

Please share this blog with your friends and please give me feedback on whether you liked this post or not. The after pictures of lamb-chop mmm.

Visit at the library

This afternoon I was riding my bike to the library and at the library the librarian asked did school get out early because it was only 2:00 but I told her I am getting home schooled. She laughed because she thought that she had accidentally left her kids at school. Even if she had I am sure they would be fine; because, people in Childress are so nice and helpful.

Answers

1.  Each hen requires approximately 1 cubic foot of space.
2. 70" wide and 4'tall and 48"
3.Each side is 24"
4.69 and 2 eighths in inches
5.Yes 0.38535984 1.5" screw
6.9.640877319836105^inches
7.If you live in Childress 430.55 gallons and if you have a flying car.
8.So you know what you are doing
9. I would have planned much more than my dad and I did. Second I would have added an extra window we only had one which was 8" inches on each side. Third I would have put nests on each side and added a 3rd floor, for roosts. Next I would put it outside of the llama pen next to the barn. I also would have given it a paint job with chickens on the side and put a hot wire around it.

We decided to make an actual omellete to see if answer 6 is actually right using a 6" pan but, it was about 3.6" off so my math was actually wrong.

My Dad the Preacher

Being a preachers son is not as bad you might think in fact to me it is wonderful because I get to go to work with my dad twice a week unlike most kids. My dad lets me go to conventions with him which is really fun.

Building a Chicken coop

 Chicken Coop Project
Last week my parents, +Aghavni Ball and +Steven Ball, decided that we needed chickens. The problem is that we didn't have a coop. So my dad, +Steven Ball, and I got to build one.

Problem: building a coop capable of holding at least 10 chickens with available materials.

Available materials:
 10 -2"x4"8'
 2- 4"x4"x8'
1- 3/8"x4'x'8 plywood
2- 3/4" plywood right-triangles, 48"hypotenuse
various 3" thick insulated  panels
70" metal roof ridge
various nails and screws

Additional Information:
20 gauge steal roofing is approximately 0.0359"
A 2x4 is actually 1.5" by 3.5"
Sheet metal screws come in .25" increments

Questions to Answer:
1. How much space does a laying hen require?
2. How much space should the coop be?
3. If the hypotenuse of the right-triangle is 48"then what is the length of the other two sides?
4.If the triangles are used for the gable ends of the roof and the maximum roof width is70" then how long should the 2x4s be cut to make a roof length of 70"?
5.If the metal roofing screws are 2" long and the metal roofing is 20 gauge steel and the rubber washer on the screw is 2mm will any of the screw pass through the 2x4? If so, how much? What size screw would be required to make sure none passed through?
6.On March 19, 1994, the largest omelette (128.5m^2;1,383ft^2) in the world at the time was made with 160,000 eggs in Yokohama, Japan. How much area of omelette does one egg make, in square inches?
7. If you drive a car that gets 20 miles per a gallon and you drove to Yokohama, Japan (from where you live) how many gallons of gas would it take? Would it be possible to drive a car to Yokohama? Use Google maps to find the distance.
8.Why is it important to plan before you build?
9. What would you do differently if you built a second coop?

FYI
We built the coop in two days then got chicks.
Along with the 8 chicks we got 2 ducks to accompany them.
Our sheep and llamas both like watching the new animals.
Yesterday our buck/ram jumped into the coop and was stealing chick food.
The llamas and sheep like stealing food from the chicks.
I will post pictures soon.
